the greatest feast to honor our ancient ancestors will begin.
The 3rd Cultural
Festival Sangre Viva
The best cultural
festival that pays homage to the ancestors of the land they inhabit will be
held in Ajijic from Friday 9 October at 4pm until Sunday 11th October at 5pm.
Arts, crafts,
temazcales (indigenous steam bath), workshops, lectures, readings: In the span
of three days, the best music groups and indigenous dance world, and other
cultural events, related to ancient Mexico will be presented: poetry and
brotherhood as the main theme.
Headlining the best
group of pre-Hispanic music world, Grupo Tribu, ensembles with a history of
over thirty years researching and performing music similar to those used by the
ancient inhabitants of Mexico instruments.
Also the cultural
dance group, San Luis de la Paz from San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato,
Chichimecaz Jonaz. Their members have researched the dress and rituals of
ancient inhabitants of the region Chichimecas Valley Mexico were one of the
biggest obstacles to the conquest of these territories.
There will also be a
craft show from different parts of the Mexico and since offered directly from
the artists, they will be affordably priced.
The program will have
workshops and conferences related to the pre-Hispanic world, with ways to heal
the body naturally and also to be in harmony with the universe.
A day of poetry
entitled "Tribute to song and poetry" in which different poets will
gather from various parts of our Mexico will also presented.
The “pièce de
résistance” of the festival: temazcales will be offered as an introduction to
these ancient healing rituals and are known to all those who want to try
different ways to connect with nature.

El viernes 9 de octubre, cuando el sol llegue al cenit
comenzarán a sonar los caracoles en Ajijic, será la señal de que el mayor
festejo a nuestras raíces ha comenzado.
Hagamos honores a los antiguos habitantes de nuestro territorio, pues su sangre nos corre por las venas y está viva.

El mejor festival cultural que hace homenaje a los ancestros
de las tierras que ahora habitamos se realizará en Ajijic desde el viernes 9 de
octubre a las 16:00 hrs hasta el domingo 11 del mismo mes a las 17:00 hrs
En el lapso de tres días se presentarán los mejores grupos
de música y danza autóctona del mundo, y una lista más de manifestaciones
culturales relacionadas con el México antiguo: arte, artesanía, temazcales
(baños de vapor indígenas), talleres, conferencias, lectura de poesía y la
hermandad entre todos los asistentes como tema principal.
Encabeza el cartel el mejor grupo de música prehispánica del
mundo GRUPO TRIBU, conjunto musical con una historia de más de treinta años
investigando y ejecutando música con instrumentos similares a los usados por
los antiguos pobladores de México.
Fortalece también el objetivo de mostrar la grandeza de una
cultura el grupo de danza de San Luis de
la Paz, Guanajuato, Chichimecaz Jonaz, pues sus integrantes han estado
investigando acerca de la vestimenta y rituales de los antiguos pobladores
chichimecas de la región del Valle de México quienes, vale recordar, fueron uno
de los mayores obstáculos para la conquista de estos territorios.
Encontrarán también, una muestra artesanal de diferentes
puntos de la república y que, por ofrecerse directamente de los creadores son
de un precio accesible.
Se completa el programa con talleres y conferencias que
guardan relación con el mundo prehispánico, y con las maneras de curar el
cuerpo de manera natural y en armonía con el universo.
Se presenta también una jornada de poesía titulada “Homenaje
al canto y la poesía” en el cuál se darán cita diferentes poetas de varias
partes de nuestro México.
Para coronar el festival se ofrecerán temazcales a manera de
introducción para que estos antiguos y curativos rituales sean conocidos por
todos quienes deseen probar diferentes maneras de hacer conexión con la
naturaleza.

nuestros ancestros y a la madre naturaleza.
La entrada es libre por ser realizada en el espacio público.
